460mm × 278mm unframed C-type print

This artwork was originally made as a mono print where layers of black ink were layered on the printing plate, and then drawn into with tools. Since proving very popular it has now been turned into a limited edition C-type print, with only 15 prints being produced to retain the exclusivity of this artwork.

The black inks were produced by hand with carbon and rock pigments collected while Nicola was on an artist retreat in the Canary Islands, which is why various shades of black can be seen.

The artwork is printed onto a subtly pearlescent paper to give this artwork a depth and a glimmer.
