You may have seen my Dissected Money Series of artworks, which have shown on Vyner Street twice and in other pop-up locations around East London. Last night's private view of Games People Play saw the unveiling of a dissected dollar bill in a different format. Made from real dollars, the series is very intricate by nature, and I love that it forces the viewer to question what they are seeing and recognise parts of the dollar that they have never truly looked at before. I decided to take that one step further by blowing up a dissected dolar to 1 metre across. The intricate patterning and surface detail became a very different thing on this scale - still with an intricacy, but a larger and more striking view of it.
